2021-22 Enrollment

Welcome to the 2021-2022 MPS Online Enrollment page


This year all of our enrollment forms will be online. 

For school enrollment, a parent or guardian shall provide one of the following:

  1. Current, up-to-date immunization records; or
  2. A completed and signed exemption form. 

Due to legal circumstances, some forms are required to be completed by hand. Here is a list of those forms:

If you need assistance with this process or do not have access to a computer, you may attend one of our centralized enrollment dates. Centralized Enrollment for Kindergarten – 12th Grades will take place in the Lucy Smith Center on the McAlester High School Campus and the dates are: 

  • July 27th  8:00-5:00
  • July 28th  12:00-8:00

Pre-K Enrollment will take place at Jefferson Early Childhood Center on these dates:

  • July 27th  8:00-5:00
  • July 28th  12:00-8:00

For Child Nutrition Information details will be posted here at a later date. 

Please bring the following items with you to Centralized Enrollment: 

  • Birth Certificate
  • Utility Bill ( Water, Gas, Electric or Rental Lease showing physical address)
  • SS Card
  • Shot Record
  • CDIB Card (If applicable)



Returning students will enroll using their PowerSchool login:
If you do not know your PowerSchool login you can call your child's school office to obtain it.

New students to the district will enroll using Ecollect and will then receive a PowerSchool login:

If your child will need to bring prescription medication to school, you will need to print these forms, have them signed by a physician and returned to the school.
